South End, also holding a troublesome subject, McLaren, 2900 Collins Road. Scott Collins, 57-year-old Black male, he's in TACS, he's been discharged. He's out in the parking lot trying to get escorted to the bus stop by security. He's yelling at females, trying to square up with security guards. They've moved along, no weapons. Seems like he's looking for a fight. Center's clear, 2114.
