Alright, Newton 19, we have a ticket for a suspicious person, 2701 North Damon. Caller says four male Hispanics wearing all dark clothing, had a ladder, and appear to have tried to break into the window by the stairwell to Hoyne Street. I think this is our regular caller over there. Nothing further.
