Edward 11 to start, additional units needed on a raised priority assist call, 1718. I'm going to preempt you and start you that way as well. It's going to be I-80 and Truxel. Caller was transferred to CHP, saying someone was about to jump off the bridge. It's a male wearing a black shirt and khaki shorts. There's a truck on Truxel trying to stop him.
