Cars standby, 45 Ash Street, 45 Ash Street for a vicious animal complaint. Complainant advised a dog across the street, broke off leash and was attacking people. Two teen boys were screaming for help and running around. Complainant advised the dog is very aggressive. Our complainant was calling from 45 Ash, the dog is across the street, or the owner lives across the street.
