Alright, thanks, guys. 2000 East 4th. Caller's didn't check for a male in the garage here. He had a shopping cart and was looking in people's vehicles, going through trash cans. Going to be a known homeless male in the area. White male, long hair and a messy bun with an undercut, wearing baggy clothes with a backpack. It's a code 3, CAD's 3350. Copy. 2034.
