For a juvenile complaint, 1010 North Byrd Street, the Prairie Athletic Club. Manager at the PAC is calling about two 7- to 8-year-old kids riding bikes in the parking lot, apparently doing so unsafely near vehicles that customers have complained about. One, it's a pink bike, one of the turquoise bikes, unknown if male or female, no parents appear to be around.
