4, can I have you head over to the area of 35 Olga Ave? We got a call from a resident, said that there was a black male, no shirt, wearing swim trunks, no shoes. He's on the first floor porch. He seemed mentally not aware of things. Caller asked him if he was okay. He said the male walked off through the ads towards Vincent Street. He just wanted the area checked.
