Any Wilshire unit, possible ADW suspect, edge weapon involved with CERN and aid near the Wilshire E-mail Theater. Suspect is a male, White, 50 years, light-colored hair with a short beard, light-colored shirt, khaki pants with a small dog, possible chihuahua. Suspect made multiple threats to harm and kill the PR, stating he would cut the PR. No weapon was seen.
