Units, Code 14, a reckless driver in the area of 62nd Avenue North and 4th Street North, 62 and 4, by a Cassie, not a necessary. About two to five minutes ago, they were behind a gray SUV that was a Mitsubishi. Gave Florida tag, X-ray Juliet Zulu 900. That's back to a Russell Curry, address of 20th Street North and St. Pete. It was last seen swerving all over the road, and the driver appeared to be on their phone. Driver's a white male, 40s to 50s. The vehicle had a rusted mirror and back window. Last seen heading northbound on 4th Street. Complainant has a recording if needed. They have nothing further at 2013.
