34-40. 34-34. Both units, again, Rems Tobacco Shop at 2511 North 12th Street. There's a male outside refusing to leave the property, saying people have guns and are trying to assassinate him. It's a white male, 5'9", thin-build, wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, knee socks. Now they advise he is leading southbound towards Bookcliffe Avenue. He's either intoxicated or having a mental health issue, unknown on weapons.
