Cherokee Hills Apartments, 2020 Bates Park, reference to a prowler. Caller says that there's a male looking in cars. Supposed to be a black male with dreads, white t-shirt, black backpack, shorts, green and white sneakers. Caller said the subject doesn't live in the apartment to this knowledge and that the subject's been seen doing a lot of walking around for the last two days.
