516 Henry, 10-4, thank you. It's going to be out at the pool area near building 16, out at 615 East Portland Street. Caller stated 10 minutes ago prior to the call, there was a transient refusing to leave. She's Hispanic, about 45 years old, 5'5", 120 pounds, blue tank top, black shorts, no weapons were seen. They didn't want any contact. It's 1643. Is there a unit to follow?
