813, 811, dispatching you, suspicious person, 9616 Hartford Road, 9616 Hartford, cross streets of Joe Madad and East Joppa at the Walgreens. Caller Wendy advises 6 to 8 people at the back door banging on the door. Two were wearing masks. Subjects are now huddling out in the parking lot. Unknown if weapons are involved. They're going to be Black teens, teenagers, males. They left on foot towards Towson on Joppa Road. The complainant was calling for the manager of the location. Manager is still requesting PD to respond so they can speak with them.
