Sad, but good to know
He’s not down. He walks this path everyday and stops randomly and hunches over his cart. People have called firefighters before and he gets help then comes back weeks later to do the same. It’s sad imo but what can anyone really do. He used to walk in the midnight hours but drugs have taken over his life and now cannot sit or stand without being hunched.
He wasn’t moving when I drove by and still wasn’t when I came by 20 minutes later
