399 to all of the units ATAing, the witness never saw those individuals leaving this property or committing any crimes. He just saw them over by the ditch bank and thought they might possibly be involved.

SO 126, side to check. 10-4. 10-4. 10-4, so I believe I saw them headed back northbound when I turned around, but stand by because I'm ATLing on the ditch bank right now. I'm going to try to get over to Ranchito, so I'll meet you in the middle. Yeah, number 7, last place was on the ditch bank, just to the east of the railroad tracks. Possibly the one that runs north-south over the overland streets.
