She witnessed a male in a blue truck hit another blue truck driven by a female. He then got out of his truck, took stuff out of her truck, and threw a drink at her. Caller did speak with a female who did not want any help. The male in the striking vehicle left southbound on Euclid. Female left northbound. Time now, 1708.
