The offender is going to be a male, Black, who is wearing a green sweater. He's tall, has a beard, short hair, 20 to 30 years of age. The complainant's outside of the hospital waiting. And again, that was Frank Young, 44272. The caller said it's a black Kia. It's coming back to a gray 2013 Kia Utility. Do we have 1802 Sam run that place? She hasn't been anywhere? She's already running it. Sam, I'm running it. Nothing recent.

It doesn't say. It's still details to follow. The caller is still on the phone. I ran the plate, Frank Young 44272. It's coming back on a gray 2013 Kia. The ticket says black Kia. Keys are not in the vehicle. The vehicle was just running.
