10-4. 1560 West Government. Manager Dakota says there is a Black male wearing all white with brown shoes. He's been in the store for six hours. He goes in the restroom, comes out, grabs a Coke, drinks it, in the store, goes back in. They've asked him to leave several times. He's refusing to do so.
