Lancaster Avenue and North Spring Mill Road. East Lancaster, North Spring Mill. Possible defective traffic light. The complainant said on Lancaster towards Spring Mill, the traffic signal is possibly missing and it's backing up. Correction, now they're saying it's that arrow sign.
