So, we're going to report, 1200 block North Eisenhower Drive in Beckley, that there is a gentleman in a wheelchair, only has one leg. He's going to be across from the Chick-fil-A. Said he appeared to be trying to get up on rails or trails, and he's stuck in those rocks there. They're requesting somebody do a welfare check on him.
