630, 627, sending down a theft at 1238 Putty Hills. 1238 Putty Hills, going to be at Target, right off of Lithgow and Goucher. Looks like the subject is a Black male, 18, white to heart, white shirt and black jeans, a backpack, now heading towards Prince Road, possibly towards Goucher. He's possibly going to the bus stop.
