Caller's advising there's a gray Jeep, Michigan plate of 7 Paul Frank Mary 34, with a bike wreck on top of it. Tried to run the caller off the roadway, reference to a road rage incident. Vehicle last seen heading northbound from the area here. Center is clear at 1354.
