19, if you can copy. If I can get your help on 8 Precinct on a 33 run. 178 North Wheatland. Caller wasn't answering questions, then said there's a male cousin outside with a 33, waving it around and threatening to shoot a caller. He's a male, Black, 28 years old. Caller's hiding behind a trash can. I have no clothing description. Said the 33 was a pink and black handgun, and the male lives in apartment 302.
