Respond Code 1 to number 146 Stillwater Road. Meet with the resident, Kathleen Breguet. She states her husband is presently on another phone in the house, talking to an unknown male party who said he is coming to their residence to collect a $5,000 bond due to their son being in trouble. They would like to see an officer.
