Black top. What kind of design is on the back? Black hoodie? It's a blurry photo, but he's got a black sweatshirt on with a hood up, black pants, and he has a black backpack with some sort of, like, fire emblem on it. It's like red and orange kind of. The guy said it looked like some sort of, like, fire design. Okay, 10-4. Westbound, 13-03. 10-4, the photo is very blurry.

11. 11. He didn't get the bike. He was trying to apparently pull out a pair of bolt cutters, but somebody yelled at him and he ran off. He's going to be the number one male.
