Going to be a 415 subject, 6815 Bell Road at the Fry's Fuel Center. There's a male on a bike who's being 415, yelling at people, been circling around the building on his bike for about an hour doing this. White male, no shirt, black backpack, khaki pants, possibly had a knife in his right pocket. 53 Union, he's sending that as well. 10-4. 53 Adam, copy from 59 Schubert.
