Car 5, Car 3, respond to 1900 Homer Adams Parkway, Best Western. For a Black male subject wearing a white and blue plaid shirt and black shorts, entered the business, started taking food, and then stole the tip jar from the restaurant. The male was last seen walking towards the Verizon wireless store across Homer Adams.
