Charlton, place of assist living, 9723 South Steele Street, in front of the location, refusing to leave, there's a male yelling at the occupants within. It's going to be a Hispanic male, 20s, 5'6", 100 pounds, wearing a dark hat, white shirt and khaki pants with a black backpack. He was higher intoxicated.
