129 Walton Street. 129 Walton, off of South Clayton and South Franklin. No one to meet with. It's a homeless 40s White female, wearing no shoes, green hoodie, maroon skirt, waving a knife at another person, also threw a glass bottle into the road. Believes they're fighting over who gets to use the stoop. 954.
