Cars on a plate regarding a, I guess, Rotary incident, East Genesee and Bradford Parkway. A red Subaru, New York registration, King, Nora, Nora, 9465, K, N, N, 9465. Driver's a 40 to 50-year-old Black male. Pulled up to the side of the caller, threatened him, and then was tailgating him. Vehicle last seen continuing eastbound on Genesee Street. Plate comes back on a red 2016 Subaru.
