241 and 335, person who just hit 7905 Thunderbird, 7905 West Thunderbird at the Orchard. Caller's a resident, advised in the center of the complex are two subs, dumpster diving. One's going to be a white male wearing all black with gray shoes. Unknown description on the subject. No vehicles associated. He said that there's items all around him, unknown if they came from trash. He has something in his hand he's using to dig through the trash. No weapons or bags seen and we don't have further.
