552. 449, 552, disorderly just occurred at the C-stop, 335 Grove Avenue. RP is stating that a male by the name of Scarlett was throwing rocks at people on the bridge from this location. RP does sound 54 Adam, unknown age on Scarlett, has long brown hair, usually wears a dress.
