Alpha 711 to start an additional unit to assess on a 927 in progress at 5821 Folsom Boulevard, 7B. Came in as a text. The caller was saying they were being followed. They don't know the person. It was a male, black, dark-complected, short afro with braids, tall, wearing a white shirt.
