47, 1411 South 47th Avenue on the north side of the north building parking lot. There's a male walking around near two containers and keeps looking into them. Containers are short and dark yellow. The male's a Hispanic male, 30s, medium height, medium build, beige shirt, black shorts, no known weapons.
