Priority 1 for a wire down, Wigan Road and Wallace Road. Caller initially reported the wire fell down and hit his car. He doesn't know about any vehicle damage. He turned around and saw that the wire is blocking the roadway, possibly connected to a pole. He should be at the wire with his hazards on.
