Go ahead. I have a 10-37. It's going to be 1685 South Highway 27 at the Ruby Tuesdays. Caller advised that a male in the back parking lot is acting erratic, shining a green laser light into passerby vehicles. He's possibly on 10-100s with a pipe. He has a bike. It's a white male, late 30s. 10-4.
