It's going to be 513 East Edgewood Boulevard, in the parking lot. Caller caught someone trying to break into her car. They popped the handle off and they were in the car trying to take it. About a two-minute delay, still working on, or actually just got a description. 16-year-old black male wearing a bonnet, red camo hoodie, and black sweatpants.
