Both units, be en route to Pajarito and Douglas for a 10-check. CP advised, driving down Pajarito, saw what looked like someone signaling for help in the Mesa. CP advised that they only saw a flashlight. CP advised possible Morse code with flashlight. Negative 250 CP.
