Fire Control to Water Valley Fire, respond for an outdoor fire. 422 6th Ave, cross of 4th Street and 5th Street. Caller states that the neighbor has a burn pile and it has a foul odor coming from it. It's been going on for about 40 minutes. Not sure what they're burning in or what exactly they are burning.
