25. If you can respond to this 15 Bissell Street. Caller says she was assaulted in the basement laundry area of her complex by a female who was in her apartment upstairs. She refused rescue, but possibly wants to file a report. She's going to meet you at the back entrance. Unless we have her respond to the front. Code 3. Coming from the east side. Copy.
