Trouble run, in-town suite, 4604 Wattmore Lane. Caller's in room 117, said in the parking lot, male subject, white male, gray hair, brace on his arm, gray t-shirt and tan shorts, beating up a car with a baseball bat, yelling racial slurs. Hotel staff says he possibly has PTSD.
