East North between Ellicott and Michigan. Engine 21, EMS, number 150 East North between Ellicott and Michigan, Cornerstone Manor, outside. For report of a person down, time out 2010 hours, Russell Fire. Arrive by for me, 150 East North. Originally, the staff had a male outside refusing to leave. Now they're claiming he can't get up and having a medical emergency. So I'm going to send police before we get an agency.
