87 information on an electric scooter that was stolen about 40 minutes ago. Taken from the Target at 6507 4th Avenue. Male, Hispanic, 30s, 5'4"-5'10", thin-build, red hat, orange bag, a brown flannel shirt with rolled up sleeves, black pants. The scooter is a black OBX, unknown serial number. It's got a sticker on it and wheels have an orange circle in the middle as well. Back of the scooter has a small broken red light.
