14050 Cedar. 14050 Cedar Road, unit 209. Caller in apartment 209 advising female from 216, Patricia Black, is taking items from the apartment, placing them in a Target shopping cart, moving them in front of the caller's apartment. She's telling people that the caller and Patty are switching apartments. Caller says that's not true. However, Patricia is convinced management wants them to trade.
