Going to be 6635 West Commercial in front of Continental Office Plaza. Daniella, property manager, is calling in reference to a female, possibly with mental illness, is camped down in front of the 10-20. It's a Black female with a long black matted wig, approximately 40 years old, wearing all black. She's on the west side of the 10-20, underneath the overhang by the main entrance. She has her belongings scattered across. KS1531.
