There's a lady reporting, appears to be a second call for that same incident over at East Virginia Beach Boulevard and St. Paul Street. She reports that there were 10 gunshots heard about the same time as the other call came in. She gave a description of a black male, gray jacket with a hood up, cover with, covered his mouth with a handkerchief. Black female in a black tank top and shorts were with him.
