Neck Culver, 1641 Miller Parkway. Caller's an employee stating there are two subjects, sitting in a black Hyundai, no front plates. They attacked a steal, another customer's bike. However, they were able to stop them and now they're sitting in a car refusing to leave. Described as a male Hispanic wearing all black and a female unknown, unknown clothing, just then parked on the north side of the lot.
