Engine 3, responding to public assist, Sunset Liquor, 2479 Northwest 185th Avenue. In the parking lot, RP's children are locked in his vehicle, white Honda Accord. Both children are conscious, alert. Their age is 3 and 1, sweating and hot, trying to get them to drink water. Police are en route. If you wanted them to continue, they have a lockout.
