Male with his arm in a sling, pointed a fake gun at her car and sprayed clear liquid on her car. She advised that she wanted the area checked. She didn't want to speak with law enforcement. Advising the male was driving a silver car with a white female in it in the area of 217 West King Street. Yeah, I'll pull up.
