22, disturbance at 5100 Parker Avenue in front of TJ Maxx. Complainant, Chelsea Woods, occupied, black GMT Acadia. Disarmament's going to be on the scene of an accident. The second car involved, black Mercedes. Complainant advised the subject hit the car and then left the scene. Came back, yelled at the complainant, is now leaving scene southbound on Park Avenue. All right.
